Good Morning Lil Luna readers! This is Sarah joining you again from over at Boxwood Clippings.
Today I’m here to share with you a very simple Easter banner. I’m not a huge fan of color so I’ve kept mine really basic, but you can dress yours up till your heart is content!
It’s made with cardboard from a shipping box I had around the house, but can be adapted to anything. I’m thinking cereal boxes, shoes boxes etc…just enjoy up cycling process!
What you’ll need:
pencil
paper
printer
exacto knife
cardboard
mini pegs (to hang)
ribbon (to hang)
Directions:
1. First I started off by printing out some letters to trace on the cardboard. I used Arial Black font at size 500 pt, and printed two letters per 8×10 page.
2. Then simply cut out the paper letters.
3. And and traced onto cardboard.
4. Next, cut out cardboard letters.
Boom! You’re finished! just pick a ribbon and hang with pegs
Again, the beauty of this project is that it’s really flexible. You could leave it basic like I did or dress it up with paint, paper or even glitter. Also, you can customize your size and wording.
